Ben Dembla - Non-Executive Board Member with PRECITEX

Bhenoy “Ben” Dembla of Miami Beach, Florida, a Venture Capitalist focused on raising capital for startups in multiple business sectors such as manufacturing, real estate, storage, entertainment & hospitality, and technology. A graduate of Syracuse University, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with minors in mathematics and economics. Bhenoy “Ben” Dembla also earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School, where he later established the Ben & Emily Dembla Foundation to fund scholarships for minority and international students. The foundation also supports corporate and tax strategy research by junior untenured professors.

B. Dembla gained experience in sales, marketing, and global distribution as an intern with Mumbai-based PRECITEX, a producer of cots and aprons. He spent 9 years with General Chemical, previously a part of Honeywell Corporation, where he served as an analyst and sales leader across multiple regions. B. Dembla also served as sales and marketing vice president for Fob.com. In addition to handling new business development and raising capital for the company, he performed beta tests in partnership with Fortune 500 on the company’s B2B platform.
